1. Who we are

This website is run by Idealweb (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2015/054112/07, trading as Recruit 360, of 87 Marjoram Avenue, Sinoville, Pretoria, 0129 (telephone 087 265 2153 / 072 617 4893, [email protected]). By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not, please do not use it.

2. What the site is

The site describes Recruit 360 and lets you ask us about it. It is information, not an offer. Nothing on it is a quotation, a promise of a feature, or a contract to supply the service. The service is supplied only under our terms of service, on a quote or order you accept, and those documents govern it. If this site and those documents differ, those documents apply.

3. Content on the site

We try to keep the site accurate and current, but we give no warranty that it is complete, correct or up to date, and features, screens and examples may change or differ from the service you receive. General articles on the site are general information about recruitment and the law. They are not legal advice for your circumstances. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on the site’s content or from the site being unavailable.

4. Our property

The site, and its text, design, screenshots, graphics, logos and the Recruit 360 name and marks, belong to us or our licensors. You may view and share pages for your own information. You may not copy, reproduce or republish them, or use our name or marks, for any other purpose without our written permission.

5. Using the site and its forms

You must not:

scrape, crawl, harvest or copy the site by automated means, other than ordinary search-engine indexing that follows our robots file;
send an enquiry that is false, in someone else’s name, or made to collect information about us for a competitor;
use the forms to advertise, to send bulk messages, or to apply for jobs (job seekers should use the agency’s own careers page or advert);
try to break, overload or get around the security of the site; or
use the site in a way that breaks the law.

We may ignore, delete or not answer an enquiry that breaks these rules, and we may block access to the site where it is misused.

6. Links to other sites

The site links to sites we do not run, such as job portals and social networks. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices; their own terms apply.

7. Your privacy and cookies

Our privacy notice explains what we collect when you visit the site or send us an enquiry, including analytics and advertising measurement, and how to switch those off under “Cookie settings” at the foot of every page. Our PAIA manual explains how to request records we hold.

8. Changes

We may change these terms by publishing a new version on this page. The version on the page when you use the site applies to that use.

9. Law

These terms are governed by South African law, and the courts of South Africa have jurisdiction. Nothing in them limits a right you have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or any other law that cannot be excluded.
