Whether you applied on Recruit 360 Jobs or through an agency’s careers page, plugin or website, you were shown the job-seeker terms and the job-seeker privacy notice, and those two documents — not the agency’s — say who holds what: which details the agency you applied to keeps as its own record, and which Recruit 360 holds and answers for. The agency handles its copy of your application under the data processing addendum; anything about your Recruit 360 Jobs account is settled with us.
